Regardless of the cause of the returned goods, please contact us to receive a returned goods number. This number must be attached with the delivery note or invoice, which must be sent with the goods.
Goods sent to us without a returned goods number will not be received.
Returned goods terms and conditions
To our regret many of our customers return machines for rebuilding, misordered spareparts, spare part for replacement etc. without covering letter –and some customers even exclude consignor information.
In order to secure a quick handling/crediting, we have made following conditions for returning:
• Goods can only be returned in accordance with agreement.
• Returned goods must always be sent on your account to our address.
• Covering papers with return number must always be sent together with the returned goods.
• Goods returned without covering papers with return number are returned on your account.
• In case of misorders we will charge you 15% when the goods are returned within 10 days. Misorders older than 10 days cannot be returned.
• Misdeliveries caused by us will not be calculated any fee.
